The ITALIANSPED factory in Salvaterra (RE) is not only an excellent location from a logistical standpoint but also a fantastic meeting point.
In the early part of October, the Emilian depot welcomed some colleagues from SACMI Iberica, a prominent player in technical, commercial, and after-sales consulting services for the ceramic, packaging, and beverage industries in Spain.

Field observation
The SACMI Iberica team visited the Salvaterra site to witness first-hand the spare parts shipment process to Spain. This allowed for direct observation and study of the various stages and procedures in place.
 
Optimization of procedures
The alignment of procedures between SACMI's parent company and foreign branch was an excellent opportunity to anticipate potential issues and suggest solutions for optimization. An essential measure to enhance the entire shipping process's efficiency and effectiveness, with the aim of continually improving our service for partners and customers.
