Wednesday 30^th November saw the concluding event of "SEDAN: Advanced System for Digitalization, Automation and Legalization of logistics document flows” hosted at the Bi-Rex Big Data Innovation & Research Excellence facility in Bologna. The event also saw ITALIANSPED present the project it has co-developed with the Circle Group.
Close synergy with the Genoese group - which specializes in process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalization of intermodal logistics - has led to implementation of the Dashboard & Federative Platform, designed to perform real-time tracking and monitoring of shipments and related documentation.
Federative Tracking allows interconnection of the different systems and technologies used by partners in the supply chain. It allows them to ‘communicate’ with each other and obtain reliable real-time data that can be used with a single consultation tool.
The platform responds to the need to optimize supply chain-related information flows, providing a practical solution that aims to make industrial logistics predictive.
Another step forward by ITALIANSPED in the process of powering its Control Tower.
