Those factors were clearly on display in ITALIANSPED’s recent outsize shipment for boring machinery for a leading producer of foundation and drilling systems. The machines left the company’s Cesena headquarters, bound for Aschheim, and were later exhibited on the customer's stand at the Bauma fair, at the Messe Trade Fair Center in Munich.
In addition to the typical difficulties of transporting an oversized load, matters were complicated by the imbalance caused by the weight of the machines and the need to pre-analyze the route to check its suitability for the load type (thus avoiding any re-routing that could have led to delays).
Needless to say, ITALIANSPED ensured meticulous, punctual delivery of the machinery, keeping it well protected against dirt and damage with a special film.
