FACING FUTURE CHALLENGES, SHOULDER TO SHOULDER WITH PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS

Proximity, effective communication, teamwork: just before the Christmas holidays the ITALIANSPED warehouse hosted an thought-provoking training day on the logistics processes involved in managing tile-related spare parts. The session was attended by some 50 members of the SACMI Imola After-Sales Team.
The event offered a great opportunity to further strengthen the partnership between the two companies, which have always worked in close concert. It helped everyone gain a more detailed understanding of export operations and their complexity, making it easier to find joint solutions that drive constant improvement.
The day also included a preview of multimodal federative tracking (an addition to the tracking already in use for express couriers), an innovative service developed by Circle Group that lets customers automate advanced goods tracking and document flow procedures, saving them both time and money.

This training day was part of a wider ITALIANSPED strategy that aims to strengthen communication and closeness with both partners and customers, a strategy that will be implemented on an increasingly broader scale as we move forwards.
