ITALIANSPED has decided to take you behind the scenes of its Spare Parts Logistic Center by releasing some brief videos that illustrate the various phases of the shipping process.

These videos - designed to fit perfectly into a coffee break - show how the inbound-outbound process is managed: from goods collection to route planning, from checks on materials to in-warehouse storage, all the way to picking and packaging. They then explore how the actual shipment is organised, the paperwork requirements, how load planning is performed and how the goods are loaded onto the vehicle.
